Regular Bookings Deposit Policy:

• Bookings require a 30% deposit.  Remaining amounts to be paid in full at check out.

• Cancellation requires 72 hours notice in order to receive a full deposit refund.  

• If you cancel with less than the required 72 hours notice your deposit will not be refunded.  

Holiday Booking Deposit Policy:

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all Christmas (Dec 23-27) & long-weekend bookings.

• The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking to hold the reservation.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival may receive the deposit as a credit toward a future stay.

• Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.
